Appraisals of SFR’s, condo’s & multi-family (2-4 unit) properties are completed in either a form or narrative format. We also complete Desktop and Drive-by appraisals in summary report formats. Lastly, our services include: appraisal review and consultation. Our primary residential territory includes: Solano, Napa and Contra Costa Counties.
APARTMENTS
Our specialization in apartment property appraisals stems from Lisa Joseph’s experience as an apartment appraiser for the past 30+ years. Typical appraisals, for apartment and mixed-use properties ranging in size from 5 to 200+ units, are completed in both form and narrative formats. Our primary apartment appraisal territory includes: San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Valley.
